Using the game
Mining Kingdom Idle is provided by an independent developer based in British Columbia, Canada, using the publishing name rsvngames. References to “we,” “us” and “our” mean that developer.
These terms govern your use of Mining Kingdom Idle. Applicable store terms and licences also remain in effect. On Apple platforms, these include Apple’s standard app licence where applicable.
Intellectual property and licence
Rights in the game’s software, artwork, audio and other content remain with its developer or the relevant third-party rights holders.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the game for personal entertainment, subject to these terms and applicable store rules. Downloading the game or making an in-game purchase does not transfer ownership of its software or content.
Third-party components remain subject to their own licences.
Progress and cloud saves
Progress is saved locally. Optional cloud backup uses Apple or Google services and may be behind your latest local progress. Apple and Android saves are separate.
Selecting another saved game replaces your existing progress. Saves are not combined. Review the available information before choosing a save, and allow synchronization to finish when moving between devices.
Cloud backup depends on your platform account, connectivity and the availability of the platform’s services.
Purchases and refunds
The game offers optional purchases, including permanent benefits such as Remove Ads and Double Resources, and consumable diamond packs.
Before buying, check the store’s displayed price, currency and product description. Apple or Google processes the purchase under the applicable store terms.
Restore purchases restores eligible permanent benefits through the relevant store account. It does not refill spent diamonds or restore a progress backup.
Payment disputes and refund requests follow the relevant store’s process and applicable consumer law.
Rewarded videos
Rewarded videos are optional and depend on advertising availability and connectivity.
When a video is shown, the reward requires the ad provider’s completion confirmation and return to the game. Closing a video before confirmed completion does not earn the reward.
Purchased ad-free benefits apply as described in the game and the relevant product description. Other reward conditions and usage limits still apply.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- Obtain purchases or rewards fraudulently or bypass purchase verification.
- Tamper with purchase or ad-reward verification.
- Access systems or information without authorisation.
- Unlawfully interfere with the game or its platform services.
- Redistribute unauthorised copies of the game.
- Reverse-engineer its software except where permitted by applicable law or the licences covering third-party components.
Availability and limitation of liability
The game may receive updates that change its features, balance or technical requirements. Online features depend on connectivity and third-party services and may sometimes be unavailable.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties other than those required by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the game.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Stopping use
You can stop using the game at any time.
Uninstalling the game does not automatically delete cloud saves or records held by platform and service providers, and does not request a refund. Use the available game and platform controls to manage cloud data.
Governing law
Subject to applicable mandatory law, these terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
This choice of law does not remove mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring proceedings that apply where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the game, its services or applicable legal requirements change. Revised terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
Where required by law, we will provide notice and obtain your agreement before applying changes.
