Include your phone model, operating system, game version and what happened. Please do not send passwords, login codes, payment card details or private save files.

Restore purchases

Use Shop → Restore purchases with the same Apple or Google account. This restores eligible permanent benefits, including Remove Ads and Double Resources. It does not refill spent diamonds or restore a progress backup.

Cloud saves

Cloud backup is optional and works within the same platform. Android and Apple saves do not transfer between each other. Play on one device at a time and allow synchronization to finish.

A cloud copy can be behind your local progress. When asked to choose, selecting another save replaces your existing progress. Saves are not combined.

Rewarded videos

Videos are optional and depend on availability and connectivity. Complete the required viewing and return to the game to receive the reward. Leaving before confirmed completion gives no reward.
